Dzmitry Babicki

DZMITRY BABICKI is CASE Belarus Research Fellow, one of the leading experts of transport sector in Belarus. Since 2002 he was involved in policy advice projects as a researcher at the Research Centre of the Institute for Privatisation and Management as well as an independent expert. Author of several policy papers, three issues of the Belarusian Infrastructure Monitoring (2004-2006, the part for railroads, roads and automobile transport), a dozen of publications in Belarusian and international magazines and newspapers.
