«The new paper by CASE Belarus Senior Economist and CASE Fellow, Dr Uladzimir Valetka, titled «Development and side effects of remittances in the CIS countries: The case of Belarus» was published online within CARIM-East project run by Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies of European University Institute.
