Analytical research report presents the results of the study of relationship between development of capital and labour market of Belarus. These are two factor markets that make companies operate and grow, provide citizens with jobs and wages. We argue that labour market policy in Belarus leads to underdevelopment of financial market, thus creating barriers for companies in getting capital for further investments. The study tends to provide specific policy recommendations for financial sector development and labour market reforms in Belarus.
